Are items machine washable?

Most crochet items are machine wash and dry - unless otherwise noted.  The more washes, the softer and cozier the item will be.  If an item seems to have shrunk in the washer, stretch the fabric while its still damp and lay flat to air dry.

 

How long does it take for a custom order?

Custom orders will be handcrafted on a first come basis.  A typical hat or scarf will take approximately 1 week to complete and ship.  A full sized afghan allow one month for completion and shipping.  Sweaters and other "mid-size" items will be a few weeks.

 

If you need an item by a specified date, just let me know and I will try my best to accommodate delivery before then.

How long before my items are shipped?

Items that are ready to ship will be sent 1 to 2 days after payment is received.  All shipments will be via USPS Priority Mail. For custom orders, see answer to question 3.

I have an idea of what I want, but don't see anything similar on your website, can you make it for me?

If you have a picture or an idea of something that you want made, send it over ~ I may already have a pattern or can fashion a pattern just for you!
